My daughters computer wont boot up and it goes straight to a blue screen that gives an option to troubleshoot or restart PC.
I have looked at other messages to conduct recovery,, etc however none work. I think something has been corrupted.
I am at the point where I just want to create an instillation disk and reinstall windows.
Is there a way of obtaining my Windows 10 activation key for my HP all in one? I have tried the command prompt option but comes back with error and have run the tests by hitting f2 and all system tests passed so think its just a matter of reinstalling Windows.
Any help appreciated

Hi:
Starting with Windows 8, Microsoft requires all PC manufacturers to put the Windows product key in the BIOS.
No more product key stickers as there was with W7 and older versions of Windows.
You can reinstall W10 for free by making a bootable W10 installer using the Media creation tool at the link below.
W10 shouldn't even ask for a product key to be entered.

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from the support page.
