Just downloaded Windows 10 on 25 April to upgrade from Windows 7.  Had Office 2013 Home & Student, but now can't open Excel or Windows.  Icon click brings up opening page for a fraction of a second, but then snaps closed.  Trying to access individual files in either from the list results in the same.  Is there any way to access or download all the files stored on those 2 programs?  Or, am I out of luck and have to revert my desktop back to Windows 7 prior to 25 April?

@J-L1

Did you do a CLEAN install and removed all user programs/apps ? Is your MS Office product still available ?  Even without Word or Excel you still can open files using Windows 10 default.

Regards.
