HP Envy Desktop 750
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I first logged in this morning my desktop said I did not have an internet connection on Chrome when I tried to go to a web site - even though my settings indicated I was connected to my local network.  I restarted just to see if that would make the difference.  I entered my PIN after restart and my computer would not recognize that.  I entered my microsoft account password and after 30-45 seconds was told the password was incorrect.  On a tablet I reset my Microsoft password and tried again to log in to the desktop with the new password - again it said it was incorrect.  I tried to sign in by entering my PIN again and after about a minute I got to my desktop....a notification appeared that said Windows could not connect to Windows SENS service which could be fixed by logging in as an administrator.  IN the 5 seconds that it took to read that before it disappeared from my screen - a blue box opened in the middle of the screen that said Windows discovered a problem and needs to restart in 1 minute.   Click close.  When I clicked close the computer automatically restarted.  It continues to do this.   (I researched the SENS notification and know to go to command prompt and enter netsh...winsock reset )  However, I can't ever get to that point because the computer goes into restart every time without allowing me to get to the command prompt.  Anyone have any suggestions?

Hi

You have a lot of strange stuff happening.

The cause could be RAM, or the HDD, or anything.

I would run full HP Diagnostics to see if you have any hardware problems.
