Windows 10 - ERROR code 0xc0000034

HP Recommended
OMEN 2TB61AV
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My power code was pulled accidentally, then my computer cannot turn on properly. It kept showing the error code:  0xc0000034.

I have run the hardware diagnosis, and it seems all passed, including system fast check, memory, hard drive, and so on.

Also, It cannot get into the "recovery environment".

My best option is able to save my current file and recovery it back to the factory condition.

This is computer has been operated for nearly 1.5 years.

Any suggestion or ideas will be appreciated.
