Hey Mathew,
Thanks for coming back to me on this. On the servers version is/was 3.02.00 as per the HP thinclient software website
https://www8.hp.com/us/en/thin-clients/downloads.html#!&pd5=1
on the Thin clients:-
3.2.0.24622 on the T620's and 3.2.0.24960 on the T630's - which even when inactive doesn't cause problems, so i've not changed anything on the client side.
guessing versioning missmatch?
Windows Version 1607 Build 14393.2551 on the server
Windows version 1803 Build 17134.285 on my tablet

I just purchased a batch of ZBook 15 G4 laptops and they are loaded with HP bloatware. While I appreciate HP trying to make my users' computing experience safer and more reliable, it seems like this added software causes more headaches for users down the road because of Microsoft's new way of automatically forcing Windows 10 updates on computers....which in turn breaks the HP bloatware, or worse causes random blue screens.
It seems like in today's computing age, manufacturs like HP should work closer with Microsoft to test their software so users have a STABLE computing environment when Microsoft force feeds updates. If they can't do that, then don't load a bunch of bloatware on a new computer that will cause issues down the road, or worse brick the OS.
As my organization uses WebEx, I am going to remove the HP Velocity software along with some of the other bloatware. Another piece of software not necessary on my laptops is the HP 3d Driveguard software. Why is this installed on a computer that has an SSD?
