Hi folks
After upgrading from Win 7 pro to Win 10 Pro, I am looking for actual drivers, but the HP support page doesn't even list Windwos 10 for this product. How do I get actual drivers for my PC?

I agree with mdklassen.
If there are no ! marks in the device manager, then you are good to go.
No need to update the BIOS. On some models doing so causes issues with W10.
For example, you can read this tale of woe regarding the 8200 Elite business desktop and updating to the latest BIOS...
Now, if you want to install the latest motherboard drivers, then I don't think that would be an issue.
Here is the link to the latest Intel chipset driver...the 2nd file down on the left side of the page is the auto install file.

Hi:
If there are no W10 drivers on the support page, that means HP does not support that model for W10, and you will have to try the W8 drivers from the 3520 support page, or from the individual hardware component manufacturer's websites for any drivers that W10 didn't install.

Overview of your "HP Pro All-in-One 3520 Business PC" --> https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03551616
is listed as having Windows 8 Professional pre-installed (or UBUNTU).
The page at: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-pro-all-in-one-3520-pc/5299218
has device-drivers for Windows 7 and Windows 8.
The device-drivers for Windows 8 are dated from Dec 16, 2012 to Feb 9, 2015.
These dates give some hints about the initial "release date" of your computer.
My guess is that it was manufactured before August 2013. Correct?
The document "HP Products Tested with Windows 10" : https://support.hp.com/ca-en/document/c05195282
states:
- HP is not testing or developing Windows 10 drivers for these PC products.
- If you choose to use Windows 10 some features, applications, and connected devices might not work as expected.
So, there are two possibilities:
#1: HP is not supporting Windows 10 on your computer.
#2: Microsoft loaded the required device-drivers for your computer into the Windows 10 Installation Media, which implies that HP chose not to offer a duplicate of those same device-drivers on the HP web-site.
Have you actually tried installing Windows 10, possibly on a "spare" disk-drive, and then opening the Windows Device Manager, to see if there are any "missing" device-drivers? If there are, select the device, and click "check for updates", to see if the missing device-driver can be downloaded and installed via Windows Update.
Tell us the results of a "test" install of Windows 10.

Note that BIOS updates are not dependent on what operating system is running on the computer.
So, you could install any BIOS update listed on the support-page.

What problems have you read about? Actually experienced?
Some people always recommend a "clean" install -- wiping the disk-drive, and then installing Windows 10, rather than following the "upgrade" path from a running Windows 7 environment.

The PC was purchased Nov 2013 but is not listed as compatible, nevertheless Windows upgraded without problems. But in a forum I was told to check the drivers, as somtimes later there could be issues.
No missing drivers are reported!

It probably was designed much before that date, and the design was "frozen" before March 2013.
If you purchase a "2017 BMW", you have no idea whether it was assembled in January 2017, from its "standard" parts, and was not sold to you until today, or whether it was assembled in December 2017, from the same part-numbers.
Enter the serial-number on the HP Support website, to determine the date of manufacture.

That is good to hear. Presumably, the device-drivers from Microsoft have been used.

That makes no sense. If a computer works, it works, until the hardware gets "old", like an old automobile begins to have drive-train problems and generates "bald" tires.
