My NVME drive died.  I got a new one.  My Win 10 installation does not recognize either the HD or NVME. Which driver am I looking for?   I have tried about 20 different drivers.

What I recommend you do is to use the HP cloud recovery tool that will create a bootable USB recovery drive, that will install Windows the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC on the replacement NVMe SSD.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.

Since you have to use the software on another PC as yours is not working, you will need to enter your PC's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed.

Your PC's product number is 6YR68AA#ABA
