Suddenly Windows 10 doesn’t load correctly. Have tried reset, recovery, start up repair, start up settings, system restore but can’t resolve issue . Get a blue screen with white lines running across. Suggestions?

Recovery will solve most issues. But you went far beyond that event.

1) Replace the hard drive.

2) go here.

Create Windows 10 installation media

  • Download tool now
  •  Follow instructions

Using the tool to create installation media (USB flash drive, DVD, or ISO file) to install Windows 10 on a different PC (click to show more or less information) but I suggest a 16GB thumb drive

This system is feedback driven thru Solution and Kudo flags. It's the only means of knowing if you have been served. Please click Accept as Solution, if your problem is solved. To say THANK YOU, press the "thumbs up symbol" to render a KUDO. You can render both Solution and KUDO..
