Pavilion 500-281 PC
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I'm a retired basic user with little tech knowledge.   Have indicated tower (HP Pavilion 500-281 PC with Windows 7), support for which ends next Jan.  Will that existing tower accept download of and support Windows 10, personal version?  Probably not that simple, so any problems or suggestions gratefully received!

Hi:

HP shows full W10 driver support for your model, so W10 should work OK.

The free upgrade to W10 ended quite a while ago, but according to this link, you may still be able to get it for free.
