Hi:

The product specs for your PC indicate that it came with W10 Home from HP.

Use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.  You will need to have access to another PC running W7 64 bit or newer and a 32 GB USB flash drive to make the recovery media with.

Here is an info link for how to use that utility...

After you get W10 Home reinstalled, you can upgrade back to W10 Pro by reading the info at the link below...

Hello,

Please use HP Cloud Recovery Tool to create an HP system recovery USB flash drive as follows (from another computer).

To get started, you need the following:

  • A blank USB drive: Must have a minimum of 32 GB.

  1. Download and Install HP Cloud Recovery Tool.
  2. Right-click HP Cloud Recovery Tool, then click Run as administrator, and then click Yes.
  3. Check the box I need to enter Product ID for my HP system, then in the Product ID field type 6YR43AA#ABA of your desktop.
  4. Click on Next, then select your USB drive from the drop-down list and finally click on Next.
  5. Click OK or Yes, then follow the instructions on the screen and wait for the creation time.

Don't hesitate to contact us in case of need.
