I am having issues with updating the windows 10.
I have deleted everything that is necessary and still is having issues with space.
I have even tried to hard reset my PC but it also needs space.
I haven't done anything different to it when I have gotten it about...2-3 years ago. I think the warranty on it is over as well so I am not sure what more I can do.

That information helped -- as the HP specs show your model came with a 32GB "disk" drive -- and as that is also true with many of the Stream models, with such limited space, those have serious issues with Updates.
However, here are some things you can do to recover some of the disk space:

Also, the community Win10 Forums has the following suggestions:

In addition, I have found the utility Cleanmgr+ to have LOTS of options for removing Windows junk, including log files. I use it practically every day. You can get it from here: https://www.getclone.app/download/category/11-cleanmgr
Also, there is a freeware app known as Wise Disk Cleaner. I use it every day to get rid of junk files: https://www.wisecleaner.com/wise-disk-cleaner.html
