So im stuck with the uptade because of HP Drive Encryption problem and i cannot do anything about it . I can't even delate it from my computer and i tried so many ways but didn't worked for me.

This is not an HP issue per se -- the basic fact is that you can NOT to an OS upgrade on a PC that has the drive encrypted --  because the upgrade utility can not faithfully read the drive.

 

You would have to remove the drive encryption first.  You can't delete it; you have to decrypt it.
