The Windows 10 version 2004 is still not ready for my 1.5 year-old HP desktop computer. I follow the HP suggestion. Update BIOS and graphics driver. I also use HP support assistant to check my computer and update everything it says.
Win10 OS Update and Security still shows this:
The Windows 10 May 2020 Update is on its way. Once it’s ready for your device, you’ll see the update available on this page.
Just wonder what else am I missing?
By the way, my 1 year-old Dell notebook has no problem for the win10 ver 2004 update.
Any suggestion?

Did you try clicking on the blue Update Now button at the link below to force the update?
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
It worked on every one of my PC's except a brand new notebook, where I got a message that stated in substance, W10 2004 will not work on your PC at this time. Something about the hardware not being compatible and Microsoft was working to remedy the issue and would push the update to my PC at a later date.
