Following the previous topic "Windows 11 25H2 on HP Z400 and TPM upgrade", glad to confirm that I had no issues upgrading all my HP Z400 workstations from Windows 11 Pro 25H2 to 26H2 with Windows11.0-KB5121794-x64.msu thanks to SSD connected to additional SAS/SATA RAID SAS controller LSI SAS2008+
Happy to see that also the FD 5¼ are still recognized

For others who find this good news post... The original post the OP is referring to is well worth reviewing. He accomplished a workaround that allows the Z400 (version 2) workstations to run the more recent versions of W11, and now confirms that the enablement .msi can provide an upgrade path even from W11 25H2 to the just released W11 26H2. That opens up those older workstations to receiving security updates as they are released by Microsoft for a full additional 2 years at least.

Thank You for Your feedback, I also upgraded all the workstations with cheap second-hand Intel Xeon CPU-X5690 @ 3.47GHz for getting decent performances with simple works, was really a pity to abandon these rock-solid machines
