HP Pavilion All-in-One - 23-q214
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Have HP Pavillion All-in-One with Win. 10 (64).  Product # is:  T4A02AA#ABA.   Processor is: Intel Core i3-6100T CPU @ 3.20GHz.    Windows 11 requirement doesn't like that one.   Is it possible to upgrade my processor to one that would be compatible on this machine?

You can ONLY upgrade using CPU's on the following list

  • TDP: 35 W
  • Socket type: LGA1151
  • Motherboard supports the following processor upgrades:
    Processor
    TDP
    Integrated Graphics
Intel Core i7-6700T (Skylake) 2.8 GHz Quad Core
    35 W
    Intel HD Graphics (GT2)
Intel Core i5-6600T (Skylake) 2.7 GHz Quad Core
    35 W
    Intel HD Graphics (GT2)
Intel Core i5-6400T (Skylake) 2.2 GHz Quad Core
    35 W
    Intel HD Graphics (GT2)
Intel Core i3-6100T (Skylake) 3.2 GHz Dual Core
    35 W
    Intel HD Graphics 530

That means no help from there BUT if you wish, you can

Installing Windows 11 on devices that don't meet minimum system requirements

So essentially, I would need a new motherboard, correct?  If so, which one?  Thanks.
