HP Pavilion Desktop PC TP01-3000i (4M0K0AV)

I have done TWO HP Cloud Recovery and a Microsoft Recovery plus sent it back to HP to fix the problem and still has File Permission Errors for Windows Media Player and MS 365. Since Smart Friend and HP can't fix those I want to replace the Computer and it is under warranty until October 2025
