I ran the program PC health check to investigate if my PC is suitable for windows 11. I get the message of not because UEFI is not set up. Is this without consequences to adjust

Your problem description is not clear. I don't want to guess!

 

I believe that you run your machine in BIOS mode.

the computer is relatively new, curious that it is not in UEFI
