Windows 11 version 22H2 - End of Service. How do I upgrade?

I have Windows 11 version 22H2.  Windows Update is saying "Get the newer version of Windows to stay up to date"  "Your version of Windows has reached the end of service" 

How do I upgrade?

Getting the Best Windows Update Experience:

Back up system drive data before modifying Windows! A failed Windows version update should roll back to the previous version. But this may not always happen.

Only connect a: mouse, keyboard, and monitor. You will also need a WIFI connection or an Ethernet connection.

You should see an update now option or something similar if you see  "Get the newer version of Windows to stay up to date".

If you can't start the W11 version update while the Windows Update screen is active then you can try the W11 version update at this Site.

Download the Windows 11 Installation Assistant at the above site. Run this file while you are using Windows.
