Will windows 11 run on Z8G4 workstation, intel xeon silver processors 4216  x2 64GB of ram

Yes, according to Microsoft's list of processors supported for W11, the Intel® Xeon® Silver 4216 processor is supported.

Thanks for your quick reply I've now sorted the issue, windows was telling the machine was not compatible? The issue was with TPM settings in the security tab in bios
