Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My windows 7 Desktop will not log in to the main Admin account and force logs into Temp account. I've tried going through the registry (regedit) to update the profile names (.bak) on the account and even tried to delete the temp account.  I've also gone through the recovery settings, system repair options in the control panel as well as booted in safe mode with F8, No success.

I am trying to process a factory reset to delete all files on C drive as this is going to be a home use computer for everyone.

Not sure where the issue is. Please, help.

Hi

I use Belarc Adviser to sow the software licences, so that a re-install goes smoother.

Factory Fresh is usually an F11 option.
