HP Recommended

HP just upated my Pavilion PC (not initiated by me)  and now I no longer have Windows. What's going on?

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

Please provide the Windows operating system version. Please provide a specific HP Product Number. Both items may be needed to attempt a fix.

 

You would have to describe, in detail, exactly what happens when you power on your PC.

 

Do you know what updates were applied to your PC immediately prior to this problem?

 

It sounds like it may be a faulty BIOS update from HP. Or you may have system file corruption caused by a recent HP update or a recent Windows update.
