Product: HP Stream laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

When I click the windows icon on my laptop or try to press the windows key on my keyboard, nothing happens. I can't even turn the computer off. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Sounds like your Start Menu has stopped working.
