Greetings,

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

Where did you download a W10 Pro 64 bit .ISO image from? You have to convert a Windows .ISO image to bootable media.

Did you purchase a Windows 10 Pro product key?

You can upgrade W10 Home to Pro within the Windows 10 operating system by navigating to:

Settings, Activation, Update Product Key if you have a W10 Pro product key.

I can't recall seeing a "delete existing files" option  when upgrading Windows 10 Home to Windows 10 Pro. A delete existing files option is present when refreshing Windows.

You can reinstall Windows 10 Home at this Microsoft site (Link).

You can reinstall some HP software at this site (Link).

I have no idea if any data on your existing W10 installation is recoverable at this point.

Hi Cevikcaner,

You're very welcome.

I have never made bootable Windows operating system installation media on a Mac.

No idea if this will work.

I think it is best to use a different Windows PC to do this.

What the heck, try it and see what happens!

Let the forum know if it works.
