Product: Pavilion All-in-one 24 b27onj
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Initiated recovery. Seemed to go through ok until received Restoration Incomplete Error. I can exit from it but all has been wiped and it opens as a Built-In Administrator account with limited options. When computer is restarted it goes back to the Restoration Incomplete Error window.

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer if the recovery system isn't working, would be to clean install W10 by making a bootable USB W10 installation flash drive using the media creation tool at the link below.

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
