Product: HP Laptop PC 15t-dy200 CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, Getting error" your Pc could not start properly" - I ran System and Hard drive\SSD Tests and they all passed but still windows is not loading and keep getting Recovery - Your Pc needs to be repaired error.  Any suggestions?

Hi:

 

You can make a bootable W11 USB installation/repair flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below (2nd option).

 

Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)

 

Boot from the installation media and on the bottom left of the screen there will be a 'Repair this PC' option to select.

 

You can try the various repair options offered.

 

If that doesn't work, you can use the flash drive to reinstall W11.
