Hi, I logged in as a guest account to my desktop but Im still getting the pop question asking for "WINDOWS SECURITY - ENTER YOUR CREDENTIALS". Im actually trying to use the system tool that was sent to me. Please help ASAP.

@eeekkkka -- using a "guest" account blocks you from changing Windows in any way.

 

If you see that pop-up, enter the ID & password for any "Administrative" account on the computer, to proceed with the change.
