Windows Update Error 0x80070643

Windows Update Error 0x80070643 it tells me to retry checking for updates and it gives me the current date and time that it checked for updates then the error and telling me to retry. 

Then when I retry checking for updates windows update tells it is installing updates KB5054441 and then I get the error reading 0x80070643 and it'll tell me to retry searching for updates
