My desktop, product # V8P15AA#ABA, model #260-a020 is getting a windows loading error. I did the hard drive quick test and the short dst check failed. Failure ID # 90F07R-903A71-XD4F6K-60VJ03. This all happened after it recieved the automatic windows update yesterday. Is there anything I can do to get this thing back to life? It has some really important files on it. Thank you in advance

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I did go through the failure ID and it refers to Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure
