You are trying to install an application while in safe mode in windows 7

It can be done though i have never tried it.  Some apps may not install in safe mode.

What is the problem that caused you to have to go to safe mode?

Your system has support for windows 10.  I recommend you take the still free upgrade to 10.

It may not be possibly to use the windows 10 upgrade application if windows 7 is not running good.  In that case download the ISO for windows 10 and do a clean install.

Whatever you decide to do, please post here first.  @Prométhée or I can help with upgrade to 10.
