Product: HP Pavilion 500-081ea Desktop PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have just bought a new HP Z24m G3 Conferencing monitor that has a face recognition camera built it and have attached it to my desktop.  It works fine with mic and webcam as expected.  However when I try and activate face recognition login via windows hello the camera light flashes and then I get a message "can't open camera".  Support team for the monitor say it is working OK and suspect that it is down to a setting on the desktop.  Any suggestions?

I should have said that the desktop is an HP Pavillion 570-p088na with 32GB Ram running Windows 10 pro 64 bit
