Product: Hp Pavilion Pavilion desktop all-in-one touchscreen 27 series

When I tried to windows, I  receive a response which says" Windows can't be installed on the disk. Enable the disk controller in the BIOS". Then I tried to enter the BIOS, to change RAID but the SATA SIMULATION is not active for selection/change. Anyone to help on this?
