OMEN by HP Obelisk Desktop 875-0012na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hiya all! I have a OMEN by HP Obelisk Desktop 875-0012na PC and I have just purchased a Seagate Firecuda 510 M.2 SSD. Now everytime I try and install Windows 10 on this new SSD it causes me to get a blue screen of death after reboot! I can install Windows 10 on the hard drive that came with this PC without getting this blue screen of death but not on my new SSD? Does anyone know why this is? Please help!!!! Ps Someone on Reddit advised me to try different versions of Windows however I have and it still does it! Could the motherboard not be 100% compatible with the M.2 SSD card?

Welcome to HP Community

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

This clearly is an issue with the new SSD Drive. Have you tried that drive with anther computer if you have?

As per the Specifications  https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/omen-by-hp-875-0000-obelisk-desktop-pc-series/23302709/model/26... this computer uses 256 GB PCIe NVMe M.2 Solid State

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the "Solution Accepted" on this Post and it will also help other community members with similar issue.
