I tried resetting my laptop
The errors i faced:
1.windows log file srttrail.txt
2.I searched forums and ran cmd
chkdsk
and when i ran bootrec /fixboot
Access is Denied
3.Then when i ran scan sfc
the operation cannot perform completely
4.when ran attrib command
path c not found
5.now i finally folowed

now my system boots showing your pc did not start properly

Hi:
The only suggestions I can offer would be to:
1. Use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
You will need to have access to another Windows PC that is running W7 64 bit or newer, and a 32 GB USB flash drive.

2. If the cloud recovery tool doesn't work for some reason, you can clean install W10 by making bootable installation media using the Media creation tool at the link below.

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
