Windows will not reload using system recovery

Device would not start up, attempted several time with HP Support assistant. After back-up, reformated to factory reset. However, now Recovery Manager has error Restoration Incomplete.  Log files show this file missing, but not sure if this is the problem. c:\system.sav\16ww3r#saba#daba_us_wpe\*.win

Reset Bios to 2012 per suggestion on forum, not working still.

no not ever do recovery unless

you do 2 things first, Pavillion means zero, same name  on 3 major classed of PC,  is this  a real destop PC or fake all-in-on

it can  not be laptop as posted to desktop you.

1; run full HDD First, if the smart tests fail , no recovery work ever, bad HDD is a BAD HDD< no ifs ands or buts.....

2: RTC coin cell battery must not be dead or weak, below 2.9vdc is bad.  laptop battery just remove this old dog battery huge.
