Hello, my very important Windows 10 work computer with irreiplacable files that I need and aren't backed up (HP PAV 570-915 2NG PC GR - TPC W031- SF)
did a update of Windows.
Now when it starts it goes to a blue screen saying Winload.efi is missing or corrupt 0x0000225.
I scanned all in F2 diagnostics and all tell me my computer is PERFECT they aced all the scans!
I have followed steps online such as on another computer, putting Windows 10 and later on another USB 11 onto a USB with the media tool. But when I put them into the PC, it just goes to a black HP screen, then back to the blue screen loop..
In the BIOs boot list. I don't see the USB listed. It's not there at all. As I'm told to "move it to the top".
But if I temporarily allow Legacy mode, it appears in the Legacy list but not the Uefi list. I know not much about computer so I'm learning.
But in F9, I see my USB udisk and I try to boot from that. It takes me to either a black screen with the HP logo and it freezes on there for a bit. Then refreshes twice to two more black screens with the HP logo.. then a red pixelated glitchy line goes through the screen for a split second. And straight back to the blue screen again.
Other things i've tried are disabiling Secure Boot. Nothing!
And disabiling every single other thing on the boot, forcing it to have no choice but to load my USB. This takes me to a brand new screen, a black CMD looking DOS-like screen with a grey "-" then after a few seconds a second "-" under it.. then it goes to a blue square Windows logo. And freezes on there for a bit.. Then it goes back to the blue Winload.efi error screen again.
I have spent 8 nights trying to crack it and I give up. I cannot sleep it is 4:AM and I'm scared my files are gone.
Thank you!
