Wireless mouse stopped working but wireless keyboard still okay. Any solutions or advice?

hi

We have no idea what material we are talking about here..
So depending
if you have an accessible usb dongle remove it from the computer, and connect it to another computer
change the mouse batteries, if not already tested
Computer once turned on, if does not work and you have a button to refresh the mouse, try
if that doesn't work the mouse may be faulty
You will have to buy one with its own dongle, so consider a universal dongle
this could be useful if you then change the keyboard
