I turned my computer on after a Windows update. Can't remember if I am still in 10 or it has gone to 11. I get the HP logo on turning on then the white dotted circle at the bottom goes on for hours. F2 isn't working every time. I have gone in there and tried to identify the problem but I have been at it for days now. As I always back everything up I don't mind going back to factory settings but trying to avoid it if possible as there will be hours spent downloading and setting up all the accounts that I use again. TIA
