Hi @CYC7668

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I understand that you're encountering an issue with your HP All-in-One computer that is stuck on the TPM (Trusted Platform Module) screen, and the keyboard isn't responding. This type of issue can be frustrating, but there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

Perform a Power Reset

  • Disconnect all external devices (USB drives, printers, etc.).
  • Turn off the computer and unplug the power cable from the wall outlet.
  • Press and hold the Power button for about 15 seconds to discharge residual power.
  • Reconnect the power cable directly to a wall outlet (avoid surge protectors).
  • Turn the computer back on.

Check Keyboard Connection

  • Wired keyboard:
  • Ensure it’s firmly connected.
  • Try a different USB port.
  • Wireless keyboard:
  • Replace batteries.
  • Re‑pair the keyboard with the computer.
  • If possible, test with another keyboard to rule out hardware failure.

Access BIOS/UEFI

  • Restart the computer.
  • As soon as it powers on, repeatedly press F10
  • If successful, you’ll enter the BIOS/UEFI setup screen.
  • Check that Secure Boot and TPM are enabled.

Reset TPM

  • Inside BIOS/UEFI, look for Security > TPM Device or Trusted Platform Module.
  • Select Clear TPM or Restore Defaults (wording varies by BIOS version).
  • Save changes and exit BIOS.
  • The computer will restart and reinitialize TPM.

Hope this helps, Please revert if the issue persists.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
