Won't turn on

HP 22 all in one

Computer worked fine last night, went to switch on tonight and even though light on back where power lead is, it won't switch on. I have tried holding in power key, unplugged it, blew all ports and still nothing

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. As you've performed relevant troubleshooting steps and the issue persists, this sounds like hardware related issue, Hence, I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out.

  • Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
  • Select the product type.
  • Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
  • Select the country from the drop-down.
  • You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed
