I had a 8 months old pavilion and it packed up now of a sudden on 12 Dece 23, dpd picked it up but i cannot get to HP to see when will i get it back or is it fixed, has three year warranty.
I have complained to postsales, presales lots of calls and emails, seems like this a black whole. Very poor customer service.
Can anyone suggest a route to get this reolved, i tried resolver as well, my last resort is the ombudsman.
