Can Someone please help me with this error
Your application is dynamically linked with Intel(R) IPP libraries version 2020.0.1.
No DLL from the list below is found an the system search path:
ippcvm7.dll (the most suitable for your CPU)
Please provide a path to at least one of them.
I have paid for and updated my 2010 HP touhsmart 320 from windows 7 to Windows 10.
It is a 64gb. I am trying to get my subscription to photoshop to work without any luck. please see above error. Please anyone help me get this resolved.

I suggest you post your question on the Adobe support forum because that is a Photoshop application error, not a PC problem.
I CANNOT USE PHOTOSHOP. APPEARS ippcvn8.dll. - Adobe Support Community - 11569433
