@Akhil751,

Welcome to our HP Community forum!

Error code 0xC0430001 is typically associated with a Windows boot or startup failure rather than a specific HP hardware problem.

In any regards, in order to provide more accurate guidance, it would help to know:

  • Your exact HP computer model or product number.
  • Whether the error appears immediately at power-on or after Windows begins loading.
  • Any recent changes, such as a Windows update, BIOS update, hardware upgrade, or unexpected shutdown.

In the meantime, try the following:

  1. Power the PC off completely.
  2. Disconnect all external devices (USB drives, printers, docking stations, etc.).
  3. Power the PC back on and tap F11 repeatedly to see if you can access the Windows Recovery Environment.
  4. If Recovery opens, select Troubleshoot → Advanced Options → Startup Repair and allow Windows to attempt an automatic repair.

If Startup Repair does not resolve the issue, return with the exact HP model and the full error message shown on the screen (a screenshot would be helpful), and I can suggest additional troubleshooting steps.

If your system will not enter Recovery with F11, we can also discuss creating a Windows installation/recovery USB and using that to repair the boot files.

Kind Regards,

NonSequitur777
