The latest bios for 800 G2 seems to be sp144466.exe version 2.64 dated Feb, 2023
I assume you downloaded that file into "C:\swsetup\SP144466"
Your 800 G2 does not have Sure Start as listed here
However, you should have the WIN key + b as it is listed and also explained further down.
Using your 16gb flash, put the N01_0260.bin file into the root (not a folder). Use a flash that has LED so you can tell if it is working
Power up the system with the USB plugged in. It should flash once or twice when power first applied.
After 2-3 seconds hold down the windows key and press b as explained.
If you do not see the flash LED light up then the bios is not being restored and you may need to take it to a tech shop.

hello BeemerBiker i will try your steps even that im not sure how it will go on the PCI tester card its just (0000) code
about a tech shop will, i think i need to mention I'm a tech shop.
but sadly, i do not have a full bios file for this PC, i did finish an HP 600 G1 because HP did have the whole bios file so i just flashed it and it was done under 6 minutes only.

Perhaps you might find the 4-in-1 USB bios
https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/hp-pc-hardware-diagnostics
click on "Diagnose and other potential issues" and use the release date for the 800 G2
Normally a bin file is exactly power of 2 so that 9gb bin file is suspicious. I doubt it can be flashed to rom as-is.
I have not looked at that 4-in-1 in some time but I think it is organized by bios rom family as I saw a lot of 4 and 5 character file names. They are all rom and sig bios files
hope this helps

thank you for providing these links BeemerBiker but I'm still have no idea how HP identifies their files with few letters and numbers which is making me confused and have no idea which file is for which board!
is the file name resembling part of board number or am i missing something?
by the way it seems like this board is date is 2015
