Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

hi all i bought the above at a cost of £3,300 13 months ago.I did take extra 3 years cover on it so it under guarantee, they are now going to take it back to recover it but it means i will loose every thing on my PC problem is i wont have any faith in the system anymore if something so expensive can just fail after only 13 months
