Hello there! Today I upgraded my 500gb hdd to a new ssd and cloned the drive onto the new ssd then since I was having problems  I wiped and reinstalled windows on my new system drive (the ssd) now I cannot access any of the apps in my old hdd  the e: drive (system reserve is d:?) even though it shows the files are still there when I go to settings to view storage usage on other devices when I click on that drive and click any specific type of files it says we couldn't find anything to show here and all the apps on that drive wont launch or other problems will occur

Now your old HDD is protected because it has a "signature" a your system disk. How do you try to access old HDD drive now ? It is much better to use it as an external drive or clean it and put it as secondary drive.

Regards.
