Hi!

I have just bought an HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg0000 (9WF73AV) and it has the intel iris xe graphics card. At the same time, i use autocad for my school. But the program closes suddenly every 5 minuites without save my work. The error says that its a problem with the graphics card. On the Autodesk site there are some commands that i have to type but i still get an error.Screenshot_1.pngScreenshot_2.png

Autodesk is third-party, non-HP, software so we have no way of diagnosing issues with it or fixing it.

 

You would have to contact the vendor support site to see what they suggest, as it is probably a settings issue.
