I wanted to update a BIOS, now i have version F.45 but i didnt found anything, also i wanted to know if i can get more settings in my bios because i cant even overlock or do something.

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

I also cannot find any BIOS updates for your specific PC's MB.

 

And some HP Support sites are currently not working so I cannot locate your PC's MB ID known as the SSID.

 

You need the MB SSID to check for BIOS updates.

 

This HP site lists your PC's specs.  Your PC should have an Erica MB. You will see an error if you click on the MB specs link at this site.

 

Check HP System Information within Windows to get the MB SSID.

 

Lastly, a newer HP BIOS update will probably not provide additional overclocking options.

there is any option to unlock bios to get an overlock options etc. i know that this motherboard have it but its hided or something

Sorry, I have never found hidden BIOS settings on any of the PCs I have: built, repaired, or purchased (HP, IBM, Dell, Lenovo).
