Product: HP All-in-One Desktop PC 24-cr1000i IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

after a WIN11 upgrade to ver 24H2, bitlocker recovery key screen appears. PC will boot after entering key but on another restart, bitlocker recovery key screen asks for the key again.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to turn off BitLocker if you don't use it to encrypt the drive.
