Cannot get my motorola headset to connect or be seen by computer. When I go to connect a device, click on bluetooth it immediately says cannot connect. Bluetooth button is on.

I have personally found headsets to be the most difficult BT devices to connect -- as I have tried that myself with several different models and several different Win10 PCs and failed to get ANY combination to work!  Interestingly though, two of those same PCs were also running Win7 and in that OS, BOTH paired with the headsets with no issues.

The trick, which I was never able to get to work, is to have the headset in PAIRING mode when you click on the PC entries to do the binding.

You will have to consult Motoral documentation or support forums to find out how to do this.
