did a recovery on my desktop computer erased all the files and restored factory settings. my factory imaged failed and now i get this error boot device not found pIease install an operating system on your hard disk. not sure what happened but it seems like i wiped my hard drive clean of everything but not sure. Looking for answers for this situation.

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer would be to clean install W10 by making a bootable USB drive using the media creation tool at the link below.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
When you get to the part of the installation process that asks 'Where do you want to install Windows,' delete every partition on the hard drive, leaving just one partition of unallocated space, click Next, and W10 should install.
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
